David is a seasoned Coach, Facilitator, and Culture Builder. His career began in the nonprofit space, where he quickly ascended into leadership roles.  David has run large nonprofit organizations which included operating several subsidiary organizations serving the community.  His last CEO role included oversight of over $100 million of assets. In 2020, he helped found Loom, a boutique consulting firm focused on building trust within organizations and teams thereby increasing employee engagement and wellbeing. He has experience working in corporate, nonprofit and government sectors.

David's tenure in nonprofit leadership refined his exceptional interpersonal skills and capacity to foster non-threatening atmospheres. Cultivating a foundation of trust, David collaborates with leaders to articulate and align organizational aspirations, foster trust and collaboration, and establish systems for achieving organizational objectives. As a Kolbe Certified Consultant, he guides teams in celebrating individual strengths and enhancing trust and collaboration within the group. His expertise lies in assessing needs, analyzing operations, constructing strategic roadmaps, and steering change management initiatives.

Outside of work, David is most often found with his family on an adventure in nature or with a good book in hand. And every January, David takes on a challenge of learning something new- like tennis, knitting and wood turning. 

Kim’s focus has been to better operationalize organizations and align people’s talents to create results. Kim knows the challenges of leading an organization. She dove into business ownership at the ripe old age of 26. She bought a business (Menttium Corporation) that was in need of a turn-around. Serving first as COO, then CEO, Menttium created and delivered formal corporate mentoring systems. Kim later served on the executive teams of two Silicon Valley start-ups as Chief Experience Officer (Everwise) and Chief Customer Officer (Torch). Her last leadership position was as CEO of Loom, a boutique consulting group focused on building trust and increasing employee engagement.  She has experience working in Fortune 100 companies, start-ups and non-profit organizations.

Kim is certified as a Pinnacle Business Guide as well as a Kolbe Certified Consultant.  She has experience as a former Certified EOS Implementer.  (Don’t hold it against her, but she is also a licensed attorney.)  She has partnered with all kinds of organizations in multiple industry verticals. Kim leverages her leadership development expertise alongside her entrepreneurial experience to address both team and organizational challenges.  She loves working with teams to unscramble complexities and get to the core issues that they want to work on. Clients appreciate Kim for being thoughtful, but honest, in her approach. 

When Kim isn’t helping teams, she attempts to be a “maker” creating useful objects like leather journals.  Or you might find her pulling the camper to find a cool new spot to unwind and connect with her family and nature.
